In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in our research on African law, which has exerted a great influence at home and abroad and also has attracted the heightened attention from the state leaders and the relevant ministries such as Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Commerce of PRC. The official launch of the joint project will accelerate the spread of African commercial law in the Chinese Mainland, and will also promote our research on African law into a higher level, which will in turn further expand its international influence.
